Vancouver Immigration Lawyer for Fiance Visas and Spousal Green Cards.
The most common petitions that we see at The Musil Law Firm are fiance visas and spousal based immigration applicantions.
Fiance Visas:
Fiance Visas are for fiances that are not present in the United States. If the foreign national intends to marry a US Citizen, and they have met in the past 2 years, then they may qualify for a fiance visa. The process is started with USCIS by filing a form I-129F .After arriving to the United States, the foreign fiance and the US Citizen must marry within 90 days to fulfill the requirements of the visa. After the marriage, the married fiance will now apply for adjustment of status to obtain her green card.
Spousal Green Cards
Spousal green cards can be issued to spouses of US Citizens and green card holders through a process of consular processing at an embassy in the foreign spouse’s country by filing a form I-130. They can also be issued through adjustment of status by filing an immigration petition form I-485 in the United States with USCIS. There are advantages and disadvantages to each process and an experienced Vancouver WA Immigration Lawyer can assist you in deciding which application is best in your situation.

I strongly recommend Attorney Mario Musil for any immigration issues. He is very knowledgeable and prompt to respond to your questions. I have consulted other immigration attorneys and the first thing they do, is establish their fees to assess what they can do for their client. When I contacted attorney Mario Musil, he answered my questions immediately without asking for a fee up front. He was able to answer these questions with ease, and he was able to guide me in the right direction with regards to my immigration case. Without his advice, I may have lost the case I have been fighting for over 14 years. Attorney Musil was very humble and caring when it came to giving me a professional approach to my case. If you are looking for an attorney, Mario Musil is the person to consult with. I appreciate him and his staff for the outstanding service. A++ Service.

Excellent representation and very trustworthy. 100% satisfied.. Highly recommended. Mario Musil was very professional from the initial consultancy until the satisfactory outcome of our case. In fact, we checked out another lawyer in our area that had a significantly cheaper fee but was not knowledgeable about our case, immigration law, or even the fees related to immigration applications. From our perspective, we were willing to pay more for the security of Mario's knowledge, professionalism, detail orientation, and experience.Mario was upfront with what he required from us to process our case, the cost of hiring him, financing options, and expectations. He even met with us a second time, after the initial consultation, free of charge so that we may ask additional questions before deciding to hire him. While his fee was slightly higher than what we could have afforded, we decided to hire him, with a little help from our family, and have not regretted it.Mario was with us from day 1. He asked us to gather the required documents and gave us a detailed list of what we needed to gather. After we turned over all the documents to him, he promptly and accurately prepared our application and called us in to sign. After all the applications were signed, he sent them to the immigration office without any delay. Any communication from Immigration officials, Mario would relay to us by email. He was very attentive to our case and answered all of our questions (And there were quite a few questions!)Our case took roughly 6-7 months from application to receipt of our green card. We want to thank Mario for his dedication, handwork, attentiveness, professionalism, knowledge, and communication. We want to thank him especially for his willingness to deal with our nervousness and worries. He went above and beyond his responsibilities by making sure that we understood the process and answered any questions we may possibly think of.

Mr. Musil, very knowledgeably, took my husband and myself through the green card process. He attended to every detail with perfection--communicating with us about what we needed, getting back to us quickly via email or phone call when we had questions and prepping us with great skill for our interview process. I cannot even imagine having completed this task without the benefit of his expertise. Over the years, we have hired attorneys for various reasons, but have never so fully and comfortably put our trust in someone as we did with Mr. Musil. We are grateful that our immigration experience included having him as our attorney.
